Tagboard Support

Add a Post to Tagboard via url

From time to time you may want to include a post on your tagboard that doesn't explicitly contain the tagboard's hashtag — or any hashtag, for that matter. In this case, Enterprise accounts have a method for Featuring such posts via their permanent URL.

Enterprise Account Required

This feature is available only to certain Enterprise accounts. Contact your account manager for more information.

How to add a post via its URL

In order for a post to be manually added via its URL, it must be publicly accessible; having originated from a public account, or been marked as being Public.

To Feature a post…

  1. Visit (or identify) the post's URL, or "permalink"
  2. Copy the URL
  3. Visit your tagboard
  4. Select "Load Post" from the tagboard toolbar
  5. Paste the URL into the "Post link" field, and click the Feature Post button

Manually Featuring Facebook Posts

As with Twitter, Instagram or YouTube, in order to manually Feature a Facebook post, it must be a public post. Unfortunately, in some cases, posts from Users or Pages that have unique privacy settings are not made available via the Facebook API, and therefore cannot be Featured using Tagboard.
