When it comes to featuring content on Tagboard [via the "Curate" Chrome Extension, Featuring by URL, or setting up a Feed] there are potential settings within each social media's privacy and account setup that can prevent content from being featured. This section walks through different areas within each social media platform that can prevent a post from being featured in a Social Board.

X (formerly Twitter)
Some considerations for featuring content from X.
- If content from the Capture Feed has not already been ingested by Tagboard Services, it won't show up automatically in your feed. You will need to manually feature it via Chrome Extension or by Feature by URL
- X posts with multiple images or media will only display the first media object
- Posts that are designated as ads
- Website URL Previews do not show
- Facebook Page content has to be set up through a Content Feed
- The Facebook Page has to be within your Meta Business Account Center Management
There are a few scenarios in which a post cannot be featured or captured from Instagram.
- The account is a private account.
- The account has the "Allow Website Embeds" disabled.
- The post has content that has DMCA content.
- Instagram Stories cannot be featured.
There are also a few considerations to keep in mind for capturing content via hashtag
- The hashtag has to exist on Instagram before we can set up a feed on a public account.
TikTok
There are a few scenarios in which a post cannot be featured or captured from TikTok.
- The account is a private account.
- The post has content that has DMCA content that is not licensed by the creator
- A Capture Feed cannot be setup for TikTok accounts or hashtags
Twitch
Twitch comments can only be curated using the Tagboard Curate chrome extension.
Reddit Polls and featuring Reddit posts as well as replies/comments have been deprecated.

- Videos have age restricted material and cannot be featured
