Connect Your Facebook and Instagram Account
Now that your Meta Business Portfolio is ready, it’s time to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to Tagboard. This is how you’ll be able to feature posts and comments from these platforms in your Tagboard content.
Here’s how to do it:
-
Open your Account Settings in Tagboard.
-
Go to the Integrations tab.
-
Find the Facebook & Instagram row and click Connect on the right.
Once you click Connect, a pop-up will appear. You’ll need to log in using your personal Facebook account.
-
After connecting, you’ll see the option to click Manage next to the Facebook & Instagram row.
-
Click Manage and you’ll see a list of your Facebook Pages.
Almost done! Here’s the final step:
- Toggle the switch to on for any Page you want to feature content from.
👉 Important: You need to toggle at least one Facebook Page on to retrieve Instagram content, even if you’re not planning to feature Facebook posts.
That’s It! You’re Connected!
Once you’re all set, you can start featuring social content from Facebook and Instagram in your Tagboard feeds. Easy, right?
