Follow these steps from a "Team Owner" account to set up Facebook & Instagram connections.
Connecting social accounts is only needed for the Team Owner's Tagboard account. Doing this is what grants you and your team members access to social content in Tagboard from the various social networks. Team members do not need to do this as they will inherit the organization's social connections from the Team Owner's Tagboard account.

STEP 2
Connect Your Facebook and Instagram Account
Now that your Business Portfolio is intact, you will need to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to Tagboard. In order to feature Facebook posts and comments as well as Instagram posts on Tagboard, you will first need to connect these accounts to the Team Owner's Tagboard account. Followed by authorizing the Facebook Page(s) you want to feature content from.
Start this process by
- Opening your Account Settings
- Navigating to the "Integrations" page
- Clicking "Connect" on the far right of the Facebook & Instagram integration row
After clicking "Connect", a popup window will appear for you to connect via your personal Facebook account. Now that you are connected you will notice "Manage" appears on the far right of the Facebook & Instagram integration row as opposed to "Connect". Select "Manage".
Lastly, toggle the connect button on next to any Facebook Page(s) you'd like to feature Facebook posts or comments from. You will still need to toggle a Facebook Page on even if you do not wish to feature Facebook content as this is required for retrieving Instagram content.
Now that you are successfully connected, you can feature content using feeds!
