Storage for your creative assets. Previously the "Media Library".
The Design Library can be accessed in multiple ways.
- One way to access your Design Library is to go to the Creator Workspace and select "Media Library" on the left nav menu.
- The Design Library can also be accessed via the product menu in the top left of the mega menu that appears on all Tagboard workspaces.
Within the Design Library, you will be able to see all your Images, Videos, and Fonts that have been uploaded in your account. Assets within your Design Library can be used throughout Tagboard. Whether in Graphics, Interactive, or Social. Below, you can see how to manage your assets.
Managing Your Assets
Uploading assets
Within your Design Library, there are 3 types of assets you can upload. The asset types, below,
- Images
- Upload PNG, SVG, JPEG, GIF or JPG
- Max size is 5MB
- Videos
- Upload MP4 or WEBM
- Max size is 100MB
- Fonts
- Upload TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2
- Max file size is 5MB
In order to upload assets, you can:
- Bulk upload by dragging and dropping multiple assets into the Design Library or
- Choose "Upload" and pick assets one by one from your device or connected drive
Folders
Looking to organize your assets? One of the ways you can do this is with folders. Towards the top right of your Design Library, you will see a "New Folder" icon.
After a folder is created, you can:
- Drag and drop assets from your Design Library into a folder
- Select multiple assets using keyboard shortcuts followed by selecting "Move" and choosing the applicable folder
- Hold Command then select multiple assets
- CTRL+A = Select all files on the page
- Double-click the folder to open it, then upload add assets directly to the folder
Deleting assets
Assets can be deleted in bulk by holding the Command key [on a Mac] and selecting multiple assets. Then deleting using the pop-up options.
If there's a single asset to remove, click the three vertical dots towards the bottom right of an asset. Select the "delete" option from the dropdown menu.
Renaming assets
When renaming assets, click the three vertical dots. A menu will appear where you will select "Rename" followed by pushing enter or "save".
