Description:
We want to inform our users that we are currently experiencing an issue with Meta Account connections within our Account Dashboard. This issue stems from recent updates to Facebook's permissions and data access policies.
Impact:
- Existing Page Visibility: Facebook Pages associated with Instagram accounts may not appear in the Account Dashboard.
- Connecting and Refreshing Meta Account Connections: At this time we are unable to establish new connections within the Account Dashboard with all Meta Account types.
Current Status:
- Our request for alternative permission scopes from Meta was granted. This allowed our Team implement a solution and this issue is now resolved.
Next Steps:
- Your Account Connection should now be working. If it is not working, it is recommended to disconnect and reconnect your Facebook/Instagram Connection
