Social Displays offer a visually appealing way to showcase real-time social content on any connected screen. To access Social Displays, simply
- Select "Graphics" on the left nav menu from your Creator Workspace
- Choose "Social" to see a list of your existing Social Graphics, or create a new one
You can always use the global search bar from anywhere in Tagboard, to find any existing Social Graphics.
Creating a New Social Graphic
To create a new Social Graphic
- Click on "+ Create New" in the top right corner within Social Graphics
- Choose a layout
- Click "Create" to open your display in the builder to begin customizing
Social Layouts Explained
There are currently 9 layouts available for you to choose from. Each layout has its own unique features and style. By selecting a layout, you can open the Theme Builder to customize and edit your theme according to your preferences.

Customizing Your Social Graphic
Once you have selected your layout and are in the builder, you will see tooltips in each section when you hover over the "?" icon. These tooltips provide information about the purpose and intent of each section.
Display info
Allows you to give your design a title for easy future reference. You can also preview your layout by applying a Board, which showcases the real-time social content you have curated.
Styles
Upload your background image or video, add your sponsor or company logo, and/or add a QR code to redirect fans/viewers to your website or a 2nd screen experience. You also have the option to customize the font style and color of your call-to-action text as well as the text.
By clicking on each tab or the "+" icon, you can access dropdown options to make edits and further customize your design.
Multi-post displays [Grid, Waterfall, and Carousel] have additional style options. A QR Code can be inserted into the design using a toggle on/off feature.
Animation
This section controls the frequency at which your real-time content transitions between posts ["cycle speed"]. You can also control how the posts animate from one to the next.
Custom Social Graphics
If you need something more custom than the options in the builder, reach out to your Dedicated Client Success Manager.
Snippets
If you've already worked with your Dedicated Client Success Manager to create custom looks, you may see Snippets on your account. Adding a Snippet to your Social Graphic will add personalized code to your design.
Snippets are versatile and can be used to customize Social, Polls, and Custom Graphics.
You also have the option to remove a Snippet, which will remove the custom CSS from your Social Graphic.
Tags
We highly recommend using Tags to make your Social Graphics easier to find! You can search & filter by Tags in the global search bar and in Producer.
