Adding & Removing Users - Team Owner

How Team Owners can add Team Members to their organization's Tagboard account.

Before Getting Started

This article exists to show Team Owners how they can add Team Members to their Tagboard account. The quickest method to see if you are the Team Owner, or whom the Owner is, would be to reference the "Teams" section at the bottom of your Creator Workspace. The Team Owner will be the first user listed and outlined in grey.Team Owner Identification

Adding Users

There are several options for inviting Team Members to your organization's Tagboard account. See below.

Adding Users - Option 1

As a Team Owner, Team Members can be added directly from the "Teams" section of the bottom of the Creator Workspace. Invite Team Member(s) - Option 1

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Creator Workspace.
  2. Select "Invite Member".
    1. If you do not see this option, then you are not the Team Owner and will need the Owner to send invites.
  3. Type in an email address, then push enter. 
    1. If you have more than one Team Member to add, repeat this step as many times as necessary. You could also copy and paste a list of email addresses.
  4. Select "Invite" and all users will receive an email.

Adding Users - Option 2

A second option for a Team Owner to add Team Members would be to 

  1. Select your avatar in the top right of your Tagboard account
  2. Choose "My Profile" [which takes you to Account Settings]
  3. Choose "Team" followed by "Invite Member" towards the top right
  4. Type in an email address, then push enter. 
    1. If you have more than one Team Member to add, repeat this step as many times as necessary. You could also copy and paste a list of email addresses.
  5. Select "Invite" and all users will receive an email.

Removing Users

  1. Select your avatar in the top right of your Tagboard account
  2. Choose "My Profile" [which takes you to Account Settings]
  3. Choose "Team"
  4. Team Members will be listed in rows. Select the three vertical dots on the far right of the row for the Team Member you'd like to delete.
  5. Choose "Remove Member" from the popup menu that appears.

How can I find out who the organization's Team Owner is?

Can I add a user I removed in the past?

Yes! The Team Owner can always add an already existing Tagboard user back to their Tagboard account if it was removed previously. Refer to the steps within "Adding Users" above to re-add the user.

Can I have more than one Team Owner to invite additional users?

As of right now, no. There is currently only one Team Owner and no other admins or roles to allow for another user to send invites.
