Roles - Team Owner & Team Member

Overview

Tagboard, currently, has two roles within its ecosystem. One of the roles is Team Owner. The other is Team Member. All users fall into one of these two roles. If you are not a Team Owner, then you are a Team Member. See the differences in roles below.

Team Owner

The Team Owner is the highest role within Tagboard. A Team Owner:

  • is the sole user on a team that can add and remove members
  • can only be assigned to one individual per team
  • can request to transfer the role to a different individual
    • In the case or requesting a Team Owner transfer, the current Team Owner will need to contact our Support team with the email address they want to change this role to.

Team Member

A Team Member is any individual on a team that is not the Team Owner. A Team Member:

  • can currently do all things in Tagboard a Team Owner can except for add and remove members
  • is not capped in quantity on a team. There are an unlimited amount of Team Members on teams.
