Getting Paid for Shoppable - Connect to Stripe

Congrats, you made some money and now it's time to get paid!

Let's walk through how to connect to  StriepLogo  (our secure payment platform) so we can send you those earnings.

Note: The Tagboard Admin (i.e. Team Owner) will need to connect to Stripe.

 

To find your Team Owner:

Click on your profile picture or avatar > My Profile > Team

This will only need to be done once, with the initial setup. Once authorized, we will be able to send your earnings every month!


CONNECT TO STRIPE

Step 1

As the Tagboard Admin, log into your Tagboard account and navigate to your Integrations. Click to 'Connect' to Stripe.

Step 2

You will need to enter your email and create a password with Stripe. Once you do so, follow the prompts and complete the details required to verify your business.

These “Know Your Customer” (KYC) obligations are required to collect and maintain information for all Stripe users. These requirements come from our regulators and are intended to prevent abuse of the financial system.

Step 3

Once completed, you will be redirected back to Tagboard.

You do not need to complete the verification in one session. By entering in your email and creating a password, you can stop and resume at anytime.

 

When the account has been approved by Stripe and the connection is successful, the status in Tagboard will indicate 'Connected' and Stripe will no longer have a 'Restricted' status.

 



MANAGING YOUR STRIPE CONNECTION

You can always check on the status of the verification by navigating back to your Integrations in Tagboard and clicking 'Manage'.

Stripe will verify your business information and approve your account, usually within a few minutes of submission. If Stripe cannot verify your business information successfully, they will inform you both by email and in your Stripe Dashboard.
