Add Shoppable to Your Graphic Templates

To get started, open a Graphic template and select the Shoppable element from the Advanced Elements menu. 

A QR code and legal disclaimer must be included in order to use Shoppable. You have the option to include what additional product details you want to include on your graphic, including Product Name, Product Image, and Price.

Curate Items & Merch in Tagboard Creator

To search and save products, click on Shoppable on the left side of your Creator Workspace.

Search Products

Under the Browse tab, you'll have the option to browse and search products in the Fanatics catalog. You can search by keyword or Fanatics Product ID (a great option if you know exactly what item you're looking to promote!). You also have the option to filter by item type, gender/age, and price range to narrow your search results to more directly match your target audience.

Save Products

Once you find what you are looking for, hover your mouse over the product. You'll have the option to save the item by clicking the 'save' flag in the upper right, or add the the item to a collection. 

A collection is a group of products, like a folder, that helps you organize your saved products.

If you don't already have a collection created, you can easily create one right here. Simply start typing the title you'd like to name your collection, and click +create.

Feature a Product

To get started, add a Graphic with a Shoppable element to your Playlist. You'll see a dropzone on your Playlist. 

Find the product you'd like to feature in the 'Shoppable' Curated Content. Drag & drop the selected product onto the Graphic dropzone. 

That's it! You're ready to go live. When you take the Graphic in Preview or Live, you'll see the Shoppable elements will automatically populate with your selected product.

Search Products in Producer

In addition to searching & saving products in Creator, you also have the option to search and save products directly in Producer. This is a great option to transform key moments into compelling shopping experiences. 

Select 'Browse Products' in the bottom left of Producer. This will pull up a modal where you can browse by keyword or Fanatics ID.

Change a Featured Product

To change a featured product on your Playlist, simply drag & drop a different product in its place.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How will the I get paid?

Tagboard uses the secure payment processor, Stripe, to send payments.

In order to get paid, your team owner will need to connect to, and onboard with Stripe. This can be done by logging into Tagboard, and navigating to ‘Integrations’.

This is a critical step to get paid. Tagboard will not be able to make payments for your earnings until the Stripe connection has been made!

What is Stripe and what do I need to do?

Stripe is a payment processor and platform that enables secure payment transactions.

In order to get paid, the team owner needs to connect to and onboard with Stripe. To onboard with Stripe, please refer to the steps here:

How can I see upcoming payments?

Once the you have completed the Stripe onboarding process, you will be able to access a Stripe Dashboard.

In the Team Owner’s account, under Tagboard > Integrations, there will be a button to Manage your Stripe access, which includes:

  • Viewing and reviewing upcoming payments.
  • Manage and update bank account details, as necessary.

Do I need to have my own partnership directly with Fanatics to use Shoppable?

Nope! No need to have any existing partnership or agreement with Fanatics. You are covered once you sign Tagboard’s Shoppable agreement to run shoppable offers & graphics with our product.

Is there a way to view and manage saved products or collections in another Tagboard account?

Within a Team, all team members can view and manage saved products and collections. 

If you work with multiple Tagboard Accounts, you can Export a list of saved products and Import it into another team's Shoppable collection.

To import and export products -

  1. Select the Collection you want to Export.
  2. Click Export.
  3. In Shoppable, click Import to add those products.
