Use a direct link to feature individual pieces of social content on your tagboard.
If you know the exact piece of social content you want to include in your story, then you can manually feature a post by using its direct link. For a more streamlined approach you could feature content using our Chrome extension ["Tagboard Curate"]. Curate can be downloaded from the Chrome Web Store here.
In order for a post to be manually added via its direct link, it:
- must be publicly accessible... having originated from a public account or been marked as being Public
- cannot be a sponsored post
Below are the steps for featuring social content via URL [its direct link].
-
Copy the specific post URL from X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and/or TikTok.
-
Open the tagboard where you want to feature this post. Click on "Featured" in the upper left corner.
-
Select the "Feature post via URL" button in the top right corner (pictured below).
-
Paste the direct URL into the popup window, then click "Feature Post". This will populate that social post into your tagboard.
