Frequently Asked Questions
Definitions
- Views: The number of impressions (or views) for the poll. If the poll loads on the page, then a view is triggered.
- Total Votes: The number of votes for each question, for the poll. For example, if the poll has two questions and a fan answers both questions, it would be 2 votes.
- Participation Rate: The percentage of people who viewed the poll but did not answer the first question -- Participation Rate = Votes / Views
- Completion Rate: The percentage of people who answered the first question, but dropped off and didn't complete the entire poll.
Does ‘Reopen and Reset Round’ clear the vote data?
'Reopen and Reset Round' does not clear the votes and its data. It automatically creates a new Round, and that is available to select in the Rounds dropdown.
The reopened round will have the start date of when the round was open. Any previous votes and data for that round will now have an (Archived) indicator.

Is there a way to see an aggregation of votes across different polls?
Not at this time; different polls will have different analytics reports.
